Brent Laycock Workshop

Leading Edge Workshops recently presented a workshop here in Winnipeg at the Local Colour shop in East Kildonan. Quite a few members of the CAG were present such as Jean Hunter, Gayle Gerbrandt, Ann Bednar, Rosella Farmer and myself. Lots of other familiar faces as well. It was a good workshop and Brent was a very friendly and down-t0-earth instructor. I think for those of us who are not used to such free and easy style of painting we found it challenging to try something new but Brent was very helpful answering all of our questions and providing personal assistance as he did some one-on-one with each of us. Many thanks to Judy Sutton for all her hard work and for providing such lovely treats for us such as her delicious carrot cake!
