Deborah Cardaci Workshop

Well known Manitoba artist Deborah Cardaci presented our first CAG workshop of 2017 on January 16th, a very informative 3 hour drawing class exploring the medium of charcoal . With brown Kraft paper, willow charcoal, and white chalk, we studied the basic shapes in drawing and explored how these shapes could be applied to any art form, from still life to landscapes, portraiture and abstracts. Deborah gave many impressive demonstrations throughout the workshop, encouraged us to try each of her presentations, and urged us to continue our studies with practice, practice, practice!

Thank you Deborah, we spent a wonderful 3 hours under the guidance of a very talented artist.
