Monica Bailey is a self-taught watercolour artist.  Taking inspiration from the Manitoba landscape, she carefully selects a colour palette which evokes an emotional reaction in her viewers.  Creative insight is drawn from prairie scenes, Shield landscapes, florals and still life subjects.
